Massage Therapy has proven its value. From the beginning of recorded history, massage has had a presence in the lives of great figures. Hippocrates (one of the founders of modern medicine) recommended massage for good health.

The massage therapy we provide is for your pain/stress relief, relations and enjoyment. We offer many different types of massage.

Swedish - usually for relaxation, enjoyment or stress relief

Deep-Tissue - a very strong style usually for overly tight hard muscles

Sports Massage - recommended before or after a sporting event

Neuromuscular work - recommended treatment for muscle strain

Pre/Post Natal Massage - gentle massage to increase circulation and remove toxins while providing a high level of relaxation
